Let's Make a Difference!

California Assemblymember Bonta has introduced the Caregivers Employment Education Act (AB-3313) in the residential care industry to mandate that every owner, administrator and caregiver have mandatory wage and employment law training. This bill is being co-sponsored by a coalition of consumer and worker advocates and 6 Beds, Inc. including the Santa Clara County Wage Theft Coalition

Please take a few minutes to send Asm. Bonta’s office a letter supporting the bill – a sample support letter is linked below along with a fact sheet.

You can mail the letter on your letterhead (or, if you are an individual, the letter itself) to the address listed on the letter or faxed to (916)319-2118 (also listed in the header of the sample letter). To have the most impact, letters should be sent right away.
