Chrystul Kizer is a Black child who was sexually abused by white child sex predator Randy Volar. Shockingly, 3 months before Chrystul was forced to defend herself, Volar had already been arrested on 3 charges including sexually assaulting a child after another victim called 911.
That's right -- the police had already arrested this pervert but then they released him without bail, never issued a summons and basically didn't bother to investigate or do anything. They just left him on the loose to continue to abuse young Black girls.
